Terms of Sale and Use

The scope, delivery rules and buyer responsibilities for the Resale Field Guides.

Last updated7 August 2026

1. Provider and availability

The products are independent digital educational materials authored under the name Oleksandr Andreev. Ordering is not open until verified seller contact details and product-specific checkout links are published. The provider details shown at checkout and on the receipt form part of the contract.

2. Product information

Each permanent product page states the price in USD, format, approximate study time, access period, support boundary, exact deliverables, requirements and exclusions. Buyers should read that page and the linked policies before ordering.

3. Payment and contract formation

When activated, payment will be processed through a product-specific Stripe checkout. A contract is formed only after payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. If a pricing or product-link error is identified, the provider may cancel and refund the affected order rather than deliver a different product.

4. Digital delivery

Download or access instructions will be sent to the email used at checkout. Buyers are responsible for supplying a working address, retaining the receipt and using software capable of opening the stated file formats. Delivery times and update periods are shown on the product page.

5. Educational scope

Materials provide general education about clothing resale workflows. They do not operate marketplace accounts, authenticate products, provide inventory or suppliers, or offer legal, tax, customs, accounting, investment or intellectual-property advice. Current official marketplace rules take priority over examples.

6. No outcome guarantee

Sales, demand, ranking, profit, income, buyer behaviour, account approval, enforcement decisions and authenticity outcomes are not guaranteed. Commercial decisions and independent verification remain the buyer's responsibility.

7. Licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase grants one buyer a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for their own learning and internal resale workflow. Files may not be resold, publicly distributed, uploaded to shared libraries or used to create a competing training product.

8. Acceptable use

Materials must not be used to facilitate counterfeit sales, misleading listings, copied photography, false brand or age claims, prohibited goods, off-platform payment evasion or attempts to circumvent marketplace enforcement.

9. Updates and support

Update access and support are limited to the period and type stated on the product page. File-access support does not include business consulting, listing review or guaranteed responses about marketplace decisions.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Statutory rights and the additional voluntary arrangements are explained in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual property and third parties

Marketplace names are used only to identify independent educational subject matter. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the marketplaces mentioned. Buyers must respect third-party rights when creating listings.

12. Contact and complaints

The verified support route will be published on the Contact page before checkout is activated and repeated in the receipt or delivery email. Include the order email, product name and order reference when requesting help.
