Privacy Notice

How personal information is handled when you browse, order or request support.

Last updated7 August 2026

1. Current website data

This static website does not currently provide an account area, contact form, advertising tracker or active checkout. Ordinary server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time for security and service operation.

2. Data used after checkout activation

When ordering opens, the provider may receive buyer name, email, product, order reference, payment status and support correspondence. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not supplied to this website.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

  • To form and perform the purchase contract, deliver files and provide access.
  • To respond to support, cancellation, refund and complaint requests.
  • To maintain transaction, tax and accounting records where legally required.
  • To protect the service from fraud, abuse and security incidents where there is a legitimate interest.

4. Data minimisation

Buyers should not send identity documents, customer records, payment-card details or unredacted marketplace exports. Only information reasonably needed to identify the order and resolve the request should be provided.

5. Processors and transfers

Hosting, email, file delivery and Stripe may process data under their own security and privacy terms. Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom using an applicable transfer mechanism. The final provider list will be confirmed before checkout activation.

6. Retention

Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter and maintain an appropriate record. Technical logs are kept for a limited operational period.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request where a legal obligation applies.

8. Contact

The verified privacy contact will appear on the Contact page before payment is enabled. A privacy request should identify the email used for the relevant order without including unnecessary identity information.
