Cancellation Policy

How to cancel before or after digital supply begins.

Last updated7 August 2026

1. Ordering is not yet active

No contract or cancellation issue arises from viewing the catalogue while checkout remains inactive.

2. Cancellation before delivery

Once ordering opens, a buyer may cancel for a full refund before digital access or download delivery begins by sending an unambiguous request through the verified support route.

3. Immediate digital supply

Where applicable law provides a cancellation period, checkout may ask for express consent to start digital supply immediately and acknowledgement that the cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. The confirmation will be provided with the order record. Mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.

4. Voluntary refund route

Even where immediate digital supply has started, the voluntary first-use promise in the Refund Policy may apply. Access failures and material mismatches should be reported as soon as practical.

5. How to cancel

Use the verified support route stated on the Contact page and delivery email. Include the buyer name, order email, product and order reference. The cancellation date is the date the unambiguous request is sent.

6. Effect of cancellation

Approved repayment is made to the original payment method. Download access may be closed, the personal licence ends for a fully refunded order, and the buyer must not continue to use or share the refunded files.
