Quality Policy

The standards used to describe, produce, maintain and support every field guide.

Last updated7 August 2026

1. Inspectable scope

Every product page states the format, approximate length, included files, intended user, curriculum, access period, requirements, support and exclusions before ordering. Important scope is not intentionally hidden behind checkout.

2. Evidence-led curriculum

  • Lessons end in a practical record, checklist or documented routine.
  • Examples distinguish observable facts from assumptions about age, value, authenticity or demand.
  • Materials do not promise typical income, guaranteed sales, ranking or account approval.
  • Counterfeit goods, copied photography and policy evasion are not taught or encouraged.

3. Marketplace changes

Interfaces, fees, listing fields and rules change. Dated update notices may identify affected materials, but learners must verify current official guidance before acting. A material factual error will be corrected when verified.

4. File quality and delivery

Files are prepared in the formats stated on the product page and tested on representative desktop and mobile devices. If access cannot be restored within a reasonable time, the Refund Policy applies.

5. Accessibility

The website supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive layouts, reduced-motion preferences and useful alternative text. Manuals aim for structured headings, readable contrast and practical document navigation.

6. Corrections and complaints

Factual corrections, access problems and complaints will be acknowledged through the verified support route. The target is acknowledgement within two business days and a substantive response within five business days, although complex issues may take longer.

7. Honest social proof

Reviews are published only when genuine learner feedback and permission are available. They may be shortened or anonymised without changing meaning. No testimonial, sales count or marketplace result is invented for this site.

8. Visual integrity

Website scenes are commissioned editorial visuals representing the documented workflow. They do not depict platform partnerships, customer orders, sales metrics or authenticity decisions and are not used as evidence of commercial results.
