Refund Policy

A buyer-friendly route for mistaken orders, access failures and early-stage concerns.

Plain-language promiseIf the wrong guide was ordered, the files do not work or the scope is materially different from the product page, contact support promptly. The first aim is a simple correction, exchange or refund.

1. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for a particular purpose made known and accepted where the law requires it.

2. Before digital delivery begins

A confirmed order may be cancelled for a full refund before download or access has been supplied. Send the request using the verified support route with the order email, product and reference.

3. Voluntary seven-day first-use promise

In addition to statutory rights, a buyer may request a refund within seven calendar days of delivery when they have reviewed only the opening section and the product is not suitable for the stated reason. The provider may ask which description or requirement was unclear so it can be corrected. Extensive use, sharing or downloading of a complete vault may be considered when assessing this voluntary promise, but does not remove statutory rights.

4. Access or technical problems

Report a broken download, corrupt file or missing stated deliverable. The provider will first attempt to restore access or supply a working equivalent. If that cannot be done within a reasonable time, an appropriate partial or full refund will be offered.

5. Material mismatch

If the delivered product is not the product purchased or a stated file is missing, the buyer may choose correction, a suitable exchange or refund as appropriate. A change in marketplace interface alone is not automatically a defect, because current official rules take priority, but verified material errors will be corrected under the Quality Policy.

6. Change of mind after substantial use

A change-of-mind request after substantial use may fall outside the voluntary promise, particularly where the full library has been downloaded. This does not affect remedies for faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible digital content.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay. Bank or card processing times are outside the provider's control. Access to refunded material may be withdrawn and the licence ends for a fully refunded order.
